Looking to enhance your outdoor space, this page will provide you with a step-by-step overview of the process involved in constructing a concrete pool. From initial planning and excavation to finishing touches, we'll cover the essential stages required to create a stunning and durable concrete pool.
Our process
Initial quote
We will meet you onsite and get to know you and your space. Once we understand your goals we will provide to you with a quote.
As with any construction quote there will be a list of inclusions, exclusions and clarifications.
Sign contract
Once the quote is approved we will prepare a contract and with all the details of the build.
Upon receipt of the signed contract a 10% deposit will be requested prior to the start of construction.
Design and Approval
We get the plans drawn up, engineering completed and obtain necessary documentation for approvals to commence construction.
Construction
This process can take anywhere from 4 – 16 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your pool.
The weather will also play a role in how quickly we can get you swimming in your new pool.
Completion and certification
Once your project is completed we will get everything signed off and approved.
Handover
It’s time to enjoy your Baja pool.
We will have a handover meeting and provide you with a comprehensive guide to maintaining your new pool.
